The standard twin room was reasonably priced with basic amenities, so that guests had essentials. The location was great and perfect - near restaurants and a cinema.

everything is perfectly fine here, had a really enjoyable stay in an adorable town. as for me location is comfortable, short walk to the restaurants and shops as well as antique shops. visit buttercup bakery and cafe for some desserts, especially when it's hot outside, my personal advice.

Friendly helpful staff, gave us a choice of rooms. She was very helpful in making sure we had a room with fridge and microwave as we were traveling with an infant. Good location walking distance to shops.
The beds were a bit firm for me, but fine otherwise.

The queen room was good sized and newly decorated with a comfortable queen bed. the location of the hotel is central to the tourist area, close to the farmers market, restaurants, Morro Rock, Black Mountain.

The room was clean and appointed with the amenities appropriate to the price. I received one of the nicer rooms - maybe the best - with corner windows and a view of Morro Rock. All in all, a pleasant stay for the price.
It's been a little while since the room was updated so curtains and bedspread were a bit worn. Nothing seriously wrong with anything, however.

Clean and reasonably priced in a high priced market.
Free "Continental Breakfast" was almost non existent.

2 big bed room - difficult to find
Breakfast: the office was closed, so we didnt have one, but consist in coffee and 1 muffins.Typical low cost motel with poor facilities.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Nothing fancy but good for the budget traveler. The continental breakfast was a joke. They had tiny mufins, tiny scones, coffee and an orange drink served in a tiny corner of a tiny office. Had a good selection of television channels. When we stayed there a farmers market was a block away and we walked over, looked around and sampled different items that were offered for sale. Bought some really nice fruit.
The place is not weather stripped. You could see daylight all around the entry door. Other than that it was nice.
